Management and marketing

The Company is headed by the President Victor Popov. He directs the Supervisory Board, which provides personnel recruitment and placement, defines the strategy and forms the enterprise’s policy.

Executive Body of the company consists of the Director and his Deputy. The main task of management is implementation of the mission and strategy, formed by Supervisory Board, and solution of daily financial and economic issues.

The group of leaders is a dynamic team, which is seeking to foresee the changes of the market. The educational level of persons in position of higher management meets European standards. Most of them have more than 10 years work experience in the company. Company’s management perfectly masters planning knowledge and skills, organizing methods of plans’ implementation, leadership styles, forms of motivation and stimulation of work. Senior managers are familiar enough with Western traditions in management, are ready to discuss new ideas and introduce new concepts into practice. The fact that Company continues its work during the global financial crisis is management’s achievement, their ability to ensure survival of the company and continuation of the economical activity. Together these advantages give the company an opportunity to expand its presence on the local and foreign markets significantly and substantially increase production and sales volumes of its own products.

On the domestic market the volumes of sales of wool and wool blend fabrics make up about 40% of the output volumes. Worsted pure wool, wool blend fabrics and coatings are in demand: velours, tweeds, long-eyelashed fabrics and fabrics of fancy yarn.

“Cheksil” Company is the only Ukrainian manufacturer of wool blend fabrics for uniform, overcoats and coats. The volume of this market varies depending on the volumes of the budget financing the production of the uniform wear. The company supplies 12 countries with such fabrics.

“Cheksil” Company exports fabrics to Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Moldova, the USA, England, Germany, Italy, France, Greece, Holland, Sweden, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Spain, Canada, Estonia, Latvia, Turkey, Syria, Jordan, China and other countries.

The company regularly participates in big textile exhibitions such as: Texworld – Paris, Intertextile China – Shanghai and Pekin, , Roslegprom - Moscow, Bellegprom - Minsk, Texworld USA - New York and Munich Fabric Start - Munich.
